Communications
The Office of Communications serves the entire Sweet Briar community, whether you’re looking to order print materials, reserve a room, or share campus news
Please use the resources on this page to submit a request and access additional information. If you don’t see what you need, email communications@sbc.edu, call 434-381-6262, or stop by the Communications Office located behind the library.
Business Cards & Name Badges
Use the form below to order your Sweet Briar College business cards and/or name badges. A proof will be emailed for final approval prior to the order being placed. Please note that the typical turnaround time for both products is 2-3 weeks. It can be done more quickly, but the minimum time is 10 days for a rush job. Shipping is more economical when larger orders are placed, so orders are grouped together whenever possible. However, if you need to have an order expedited, we’ll be happy to take care of it and will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of charges. Order Now >

Photography and Video Policy
All students are required to submit a signed media release statement as part of Sweet Briar’s new student onboarding process. While the vast majority of students grant permission for the College to use images (photographs and video) of them in marketing materials, there are a few students each year who do not. It is the responsibility of the student to notify the Office of Communications and/or the person capturing the media if they do not wish to have their image (photographs and video) taken or used.
