Vineyard

Across our two vineyard tracts totaling 17.75 acres, we grow Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. In addition to supplying our farm winery, these grapes provide learning opportunities for students in courses such as ECON 205: Economics of Wine and ENVR 307: Vineyards.  The vineyard has inspired several honors research projects, and students help care for the vineyard through pest scouting and collecting representative grape samples for testing.

Visit our farm homepage for information about wine sales.
